Doro Wot (Chicken)
Two chicken legs and a hard- boiled egg simmered in spicy berbere sauce. Served with Cottage Cheese and Ethiopian Salad. 

Atakilt (Cabbages/carrots & Potatoes) 
Cooked with onions, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes served with Lentil stew and Collard Greens.
